Team Remington’s Todd Hitch Captures NSCA South Central Regional Title
Click image to enlarge and download.LONOKE, Ark. - September 16, 2025 - Team Remington continues its command of NSCA regionals with a fourth consecutive Main Event High Over All. Todd Hitch bested a field of nearly 550 shooters to claim the prestigious title held at Covey Rise Gun Glub in Husser, Louisiana from September 10-14, 2025. With the win by Hitch, Remington has won all four High Over All Main Event titles in the 2025 season.
Hitch, the 22-year-old native of Tennessee, won the Main Event High Over All by an amazing 10 targets. After day two, Hitch had a six-target lead, a position he had never experienced. “It was a different mindset,” said Hitch. “My goal was that if I missed a target, make the adjustment and keep moving forward. I wanted to stay good, stay aggressive and let it fly without thinking about the score or what the other shooters were doing,” says Hitch who relied on his Remington Nitro Sporting Clays load in size 8 shot to keep knocking down targets.
Other Team Remington sponsored shooters also had success at the South Central Regional including Brandon Powell. Powell won the High Over All in both the FITASC and 5-Stand events to continue his summer of excellence. Michael Luongo once again showed off his superiority in the sub-gauge events. Luongo won the High Over All in the 28-gauge event and finished Runner-Up in the 20-gauge competition and took home third place in Super Sporting.
Madison Sharpe led Team Remington in the Lady Division. She was the Lady Runner-Up in the Main Event and 5-Stand, won the Lady Super Sport and finished 3rd in FITASC.
